Coast to Coast bike ride. 20th - 23rd Aug.

Mark Boddy of Castle Donington with a team of friends calling themselves 'Blazing Saddles' managed to cycle 160 miles from Morecombe Bay across to Bridlington.

Mark had already collected £525 before starting the event and we will let you know the total when all sponsorship has been collected. 

'Breaking news' the total raised by Mark is £730....well done Boddy!!

Jolly Sailor, Hemington fun day Aug 24th.

Abbey and Tony Baker, the new landlords of the Jolly Sailor, held a fun day which included a hog roast, live music  and a soaking in the stocks!! The aim was to raise money for the JCT and have fun.

Thank you Abbey and Tony an amount of £450 was raised.

Great North Run - 7th Sept 2014

A big thank you and well done goes to Claire O'Brien who competed in and managed to finish The Great North Run on Sunday the 7th Sept 2014. Claire was running to raise funds for the Joseph Cooper Trust.

Dan Keeling Tyre Flip - 25th Aug 2014

Dan Keeling flipped over a 250kg tyre for 1mile at Donington Park on Bank Holiday Monday. On a wet and cold day Dan managed to cover the distance in just over 4hours and raise £400 for the JCT.
