Dave Roberts joined a team of 8 mountain bike riders who rode the 'coast to coast' challenge - Lake District to Tynemouth. 136 miles over 2.5 days.
What a tremendous achievement ! Final figure came in at £665 !!! - our thanks go out to him and his tremendous efforts on a particularly hot weekend.

For the second year running the Captain at Trent Lock Golf Club has chosen us as his charity for the year 2018.
We were invited along to join in the fun at their annual race night held at the Golf Club. It was a great evening - Good food, good entertainment and hopefully lots of pennies raised for the charity.
This is the first of their fund raising events to be held and a final total will be disclosed at the end of the year.
Great music and entertainment and at least the weather stayed good.
Another great turnout , many thanks to all those who came to our stall.
